The original building was added on to many times and this link between the first and upper grades needed some attention. The floor had a history of damage due to no insulation in the floor which is above and exterior space. The floor was insulated and new carpet installed. Addition insulation was also added to the ceiling as well as a new coat of paint and yes, new lighting.
