Cordillera Short Course – Clubhouse and Cart Storage

The Community of Cordillera hire us to master plan a new clubhouse and electric golf cart storage facility.  The short course currently has no clubhouse or check in facility. Nor do they have interior storage for their gas golf carts.

We did initial studies for their property to add a facility.

Eventually Cordillera was able to purchase an existing structure and we continued our services with design of an expanded deck and interior renovations.

Interior renovations of the existing restaurant space will no include seating, central fireplace, bar and pro shop.
