1200 Capitol Street – Multi Use

TAB was hired to complete a building started by another Architect (359 Design). The other Architect brought the project through initial design review. 1200 Capitol is a multi use use building with Housing and Commercial space. At around 13,000 square feet there are 16 1 and 2 bedroom units and a commercial/ office spaces on the lower level.

The mix use facility is also a mixed building type. Steel is being used as the super structure but the housing units will be modular units stacked in place.
