This new duplex is replacing an existing home on the site. The existing home is from the 70’s and has been vacant for a long time. At, almost 9,000 sqft the duplex is a Primary Secondary duplex per Town of Vail guidelines. The Primary Secondary means one unit needs to be 60 of the total sqft and the other 40%.

With a steep lot we enter the garage from the upper most level across a bridge from Basingdale Drive. There are home entrances down some stairs to the main level. Views are to the north and the home is located on a mature wooded lot.
