Cordillera Short Course – Clubhouse and Cart Storage

The Community of Cordillera hire us to master plan a new clubhouse and electric golf cart storage facility.  While still in development and design we are master planning options for Cordillera. The short course currently has no clubhouse or check in facility. Nor do they have interior storage for their gas golf carts.

Currently we are looking to design an addition or renovations to their existing Maintenance facility. We will continue to work with the Owner to concept options which best provide for their needs.
