Edward’s Station is a multi-use facility located on 4 acres in the southeast corner of the I-70 exit in Edward’s, Colorado. Occupying the two buildings are a Car Wash, Quick Lube, Colorado Mountain Express corporate offices, a Texaco gas station, convenience store, Wendy’s, and employee housing units. Construction began in the Spring of 1999 with an estimated construction cost of $3.5 million.
