Falcon Point Resort – Renovations

Flacon Point is a timeshare resort in Avon near Nottingham Lake. The existing decks were found to have issues with leaking and once we opened them up there was structural damage as well.  We did an examination of all decks and structure and determined all the decks needed to have new concrete topping, structural repairs and a new waterproofing coating.

Part of the renovation also included studying options to update the exterior facade with new finishes. We presented overall building concepts but the Owners wanted to do a multi-phase project. This first phase was to remedy the issues on the decks and provide new finishes and railings. Future phases could be replacing the the stucco and stone.

We also helped with new paint colors for the existing stucco and trim.
