Keller Tenant Finish

Keller –  Tenant Finish, Vail, CO; 2020-2021.

This project involves a space that was previously inhabited by a sushi restaurant and was converted into office space. The space has a reception area with two conference rooms, eight offices, a copy room, bathrooms and a kitchen/break area. The complex shape of the existing space was utilized to accommodate the client’s desires while also creating a flow of foot traffic through the space.
