North Shores

New 72 multi-family housing development. Sister site just North of the Apres Shores development. The developer of Apres Shores was presented with the option to buy the property to continue a similar project type.  Using a similar floor plans to Apres Shores we developed a new exterior concept.

This project is going through the review phase with the Town of Silverthorne.
