Oliver Residence Renovation

Oliver Residence – Renovation, East Vail, Eagle County, CO; 2005.

This renovation is a near tear-down. The entire roof was removed and the garage was extended out to include a mudroom behind it. The north walls of the lower level living and upper level dining were removed and replaced further out to create additional square footage, the entry was removed and replaced as well as where you enter the house. A new guest suite was added over the newly extended garage. The entire master suite was renovated and the master bath was designed to be larger. Most of the exterior walls were either re-built or re-framed to include expansive windows.
