Phase 1 of the project involves renovation to the existing administration spaces. These include a renovation of the existing conference/board room spaces, renovations that include new partition walls, new hollow metal interior windows & doors, new furniture, and new finishes, demolition of existing doors and subsequent infill, and demo of existing casework. Phase 2 of this project involves a new stand alone 5,000sqft professional development space. The new building houses an entry vestibule, restrooms, mechanical room, AV & MDF rooms, a kitchen, storage rooms, 3 “flexible” break out conference rooms, a new gallery space and an outdoor learning space.
