The Alpinist
The Alpinist is a newly renovated Work Space in Eagle-Vail Colorado. This original office building built in late 90’s was home to a single company and their lease was finally up. The Owner wanted to reimage this building from a typical office built to a new space which would provide more of a community space with a Cafe, work spaces, smaller offices and updated feel.
The original building had office space, a basketball court and pool for the employees. New renovation will remove the existing spaces.
A fresh new look to the exterior with paint, new entry and additional large window in what was once the basketball court. The entry leads into a new shared workspace with a cafe, conference room, phone booths and other work spaces.
