Tullman Renovation

This renovation was a challenge taking the 90s design of “uni-brow” roofs and trying to modernize as much as the DRB would allow. We ended up adding two additions to the house. A Father-in-laws room and a Nannys room. In addition we added new windows and provided for other roof renovations and such to tie it all together.

The existing sqft was 2,852 sqft. With the new additions the home is now 4,020 sqft.

The home is under construction with completion by the end of 2022.
