Phase 1
This phase completed by TAB is 31,000 sqft, 2 building – 3 story structure over a parking structure podium. There are 16 2 and 3 bedroom units in the free standing structures.
Phase 2
TAB will be completing Construction documents for a mix of 15 structures including – Single Family, Duplexes, Triplexes and a 5 plex.
