Apres Shores

TAB was selected to continue a project begun by another Architect. We started our work after the schematic and devolved drawings were complete. We continued design development, Owner revisions and then final Construction Documents.

The development has 4 multi story buildings with 60 units. There are two building types with various difference in the plans. Each type is mirrored and reused on the site. We also have a small clubhouse with and attached exterior car port.

Units range from 1 -2 bedroom units.
