100 Abrams Creek Rd – Garage Addition

The Owner has an existing 4,000 sqft single family home with a 2 car garage. One of the great things about living in our beautiful Valley is all the toys we gather for having fun. This garage will provide additional garage space for toys, large truck and an exercise space on the upper (main) level. On the lower level walk out we are providing a new Accessory Dwelling unit to be rented out. This structure is about 2,200 sqft.

Still in design and the Design Review Board approval, we hope to have this ready for construction in the spring of 2024.
