Selak Garage Addition

The Selak’s own an existing multi-family home built in the 70’s in Vail. All the parking for the units are provided on the street with no covered parking. With a steep slope like this one the home is about 20 feet below the main street. So, we have designed a garage with elevator and trash storage eon the upper street level with additional outdoor parking.
