Mc Grady Acres – Enclave

Mc Grady Acres is a Multi-family project in Avon, Colorado. The sites are located on the edge of the Eagle River. The original property was two parcels we combined into one property. This combination allowed us to remove some setbacks and other site issues to increase the density. The layout includes 6 buildings ranging from 3-5 units. Units are mostly 3 and 4 bedroom units with one deed restricted unit. Square footages are 3,500 to 4,500. Each unit is three stories with the lowest level proving a 2 car garage, entry, mud room and extra spaces. Mid level are the bedrooms and then the main living is on the most upper level. Design preference for the Owners was a more mountain feel.
