Frontgate; Avon, CO; 2018-2024

A spectacular 81 unit Condominium Building was designed on a hillside lot in Avon, Colorado.  The lot is 21 acres with 4.2 buildable acres just above Highway 6, east of Avon Road.  The Avon Planning and Zoning Board zoned the site as Multi-Family, which allowed for 20 units per acre which equated to 84 units maximum and a maximum height of 60 feet.  The building was designed with 7 premium one bedroom units averaging 1,203 s.f. each, 39 premium two bedroom units averaging 1,485 s.f. each and 35 premium three bedroom units averaging 2,082 s.f. each.

Frontgate consists of lower level on-site parking, a luxurious lower level and main level lobby, nursery, game room, workout facilities, conference rooms a large swimming pool and 4 spas.  The resort is located at the base of Beaver Creek, Colorado and just 9 miles for Vail, Colorado, offering premier access to Colorado’s finest ski resorts.  The resort will offer shuttles to and from the Eagle County Regional Airport and Denver International Airport, making this luxurious resort truly accessible from around the world.  Although the condo units will be individually owned, many will be available to rent for short term stays.
