The Cordillera Athletic Community Center involves the upgrading and expansion of a wonderful, state-of-the-art facility. Increasing the exercise room count from 1 to 4 with spaces for social gatherings, new rooms, and expansive views that flaunt Colorado’s natural beauty. a New hot tub and pool area are emphasized by opening windows that connect the pool to the to the patio area. There is a total renovation of the locker and shower rooms, a renovation of the roof and a centrally located entrance.
