Eagle – Vail Lot 76

This was a developer plan that we actually designed many years ago but was not built due to the economy. This developer circled around and picked up the project to complete the design process. One of the few remaining lots in Eagle-Vail, this lot is located on a curve so three plus sides of the home is visible. A steep drop in topography as you drive around the curb lent itself to a multi split level design as it descended. It contains 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms and has stucco, wood & stone accents for the home’s exterior.
