North Routt Community Charter School – Renovations and Additions; $2.9 million; 2019-2021.

The North Routt Community Charter School is an existing single story structure which will be added onto with a single story 5,900sqft addition. There is also a light renovation of the existing building at the connection to the addition. The new addition includes a new gymnasium, new entry vestibule, three offices [one with a storage area], new 2-stall and 3-stall restroom group, a new community classroom, and a new unconditioned storage space. Site work will include new work to the south and west of the new addition with a covered concrete porch. There will also be a renovation of the west [existing] patio into a new community classroom. All other site work will be in support of the addition. The new exterior finishes will match existing exterior framed wall construction, while still maintain current IECC (International Energy Conservation Code) requirements. Removal and relocation of the existing storage shed will be required for the new addition construction.
