Siena Lake – Master Planning

Siena Lake Residential/Commercial Community– Master Plan; Gypsum, CO; 2018.

As part of a development team we helped the developer with numerous planning ideas and plans.

– Commercial Area – 140,000 sqft of storage units, RV parking, Office, residential and manufacturing spaces. Including a hotel pad.

– Lot layout and design for 300+ units. Mini homes and patio home lots laid out within a roadwork which was already developed. Mini homes are modular home of varying layouts. The Patio
homes are part of an over 50 development.
