Stubbs Residence – Horse Mountain

The Stubbs residence is a 3,400 sqft home located in the Horse Mountain neighbor hood north of I-70 and Wolcott.

The 3 Bedroom home has a 2 1/2 car garage, large unfinished basement, 2 masters and a large bunk room. Located at the end of a long dirt road the site has 270 degrees views including the Gore Range, Sawatch Mountain Range and Castle Peak. The large partially covered deck will provide ample space for gatherings.

We designed large expanses of glass to capture views.

This home will also be designed using SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels) for the walls and roof structure.

We are currently working on Construction Documents and look forward to construction starting in the spring of 2023.
