The development has two levels of parking, site amenities, three pools, a clubhouse and cabanas; 300,000 sf.  TAB Associates is responsible for master planning through schematic design as the lead design Architect, and teamed with a Costa Rican Architectural firm, Ossenbach, Pendones & Bonilla S.A. for design development, construction documents and construction administration.
