Zimmerman Addition

Located in Oak Island, North Carolina this existing house on the water was looking to receive an addition to expand the garage and master suite while also installing an elevator/lift hybrid that services all three levels. The addition consists of around 600 square feet that includes new elements for a [relocated] master suite (which now includes a walk in shower, walk in closet, water closet and double vanity) and expands the garage space and entry below. Looking to be a forever home, this design works to allow the Clients to enjoy their home in a modern, comfortable, and spacious manner.
